The Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award is a free-to-enter competition for poets aged 11-17. Last year's competition attracted 7,478 entries.
The top 15 winners will be invited on a week-long Arvon residential course or receive one-to-one mentoring from a professional poet.
100 winners (15 overall winners and 85 commendations) will receive their awards at a prize-giving event on National Poetry Day.
All entries must be original and previously unpublished. The competition is free to enter.
The closing date is 31 July.
