The competition is in two categories: under 16 and 16 and over. The under 16 category winner will receive a Kindle Fire and the over 16 winner will receive a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast voucher for the Carnoustie Golf Hotel & Spa.
Memories could be about a person, a place, a time or an event. Under-16 entries should be 200-400 words, and over-16 entries 400-800 words.
The closing date for the Tartan Treasures Dear Diary Competition is 20 February.
