Arts and literature practitioners are invited to apply for the opportunity to explore a technology-based creative enquiry

Random String is a development programme based in the West Midlands offering opportunites to explore creative, interactive and connected technologies.

Six fellowships will be awarded. Fellowships involve mentoring, development, studio and exhibition visits, the opportunity to spend time with academics at Warwick University, attendance at the The Random String Festival in June, £800 towards time and expenses and £200-worth of technology to use during the enquiry and keep afterwards.

The fellowships are aimed at mid-career practitioners with an existing body of work who do not routinely use interactive technology in their creative practice and want to explore the possibilities of interactive creative technology.

The deadline to apply for the Random String Fellowships is 18 April.
