The competition is for short stories about animals in any genre
Stories for the Writing Times Short Story Competition 2015 is for original, unpublished stories between 1,500 and 2,000 words. All stories should be about an animal, whether wild, a pet, or in a zoo.
The winning writer will get £50 and the runner up, £25. Both winning stories will be published in Writing Times.
There is an entry fee of £4.
The closing date is 31 March.
