Ida Pollock's 125th novel will be published in the New Year
Ida published her first novel at 14, and during one five-year period, wrote 40 books. In 1956 she had eight books published under five different pseudonyms.
She published 70 titles with Mills & Boon under pen names. During her long career, she sold more than a million books.
In 2009, she brought out her memoir, Starlight.
Her final two books – Regency romances - will be published by House of Stratus at the beginning of next year.
In April this year, The Romantic Novelists Association honoured Ivy, its oldest member, with the status of honorary vice-president.
