The latest creative writing competitions from Writing Magazine are now available to enter online, and there's still time to win great prizes in last month's competitions.
New this month, with a closing date of 15 February, are:
• Queen's Diamond Jubilee Short Story Competition, with £250 prizes.
• Humorous Short Story Competition, for magazine subscribers only, with £125 prizes
• Hot first line poetry competition, for magazine subscribers only, with £125 prizes
There's still time to enter our open competitions:
• Science Fiction Short Story Competition, with £250 prizes, closing on 14 December
• Sonnet Poetry Competition, with £150 prizes, closing on 14 December
• Mid-story Sentence Short Story Competition, with £250 prizes, closing on 16 January
And, for magazine subscribers only:
• Workaholic Short Story Competition, with £125 prizes, closing on 14 December
• Good Manners Short Story Competition, with £125 prizes, closing on 16 January
• Last line poetry competition, with £125 prizes, closing on 16 January
