There will be two winners: one writing in English; the other writing in Dutch.
The two winners will each get £100 and be printed in the online magazine of Holland Park Press.
The competition is being run to celebrate the launch earlier this year of Laura Del-Rivo's short story collection, Where is my Mask of an Honest Man?, which is set in and around London's Portobello Road.
Poems may be up to 50 lines.
The closing date is 31 December.
