The Kindle Storyteller Award has a £20,000 prize for self-published books
With a £20,000 prize for the winner, the Kindle Storyteller Award is given for the best self-published book of the year. In addition to the prize money, the winning writer will receive marketing support from Amazon to promote their book, and mentoring to help them to develop as a writer. Finalists get a Kindle Oasis e-reader.
The prize is given for previously unpublished books in any genre published by Kindle Direct Publishing between 1 May and 31 August by writers who must be enrolled in Kindle Select during the competition. Books must be at least 24 pages long. Readers play a part in selecting the winner as part of the judging criteria is based on sales, reviews and pages read in Kindle Unlimited.
The competition is free to enter.
The closing date is 31 August.
