Enter short scripts for the chance to get your short film made with a $15,000 production budget
Now in its second year, the 2017 Short Film Fund offers writers an opportunity to become a produced screenwriter with a maximum production budget of £12,100 ($15,000).
Entries of short scripts between 3 and 13 pages are invited from writers all over the world. Shore Films will produce the winning script. Screenplays may be on any theme, and must be original. To be eligible to enter, writers or writing teams must not have earned more than £24,000 in screenwriting fees since 2010. All Shore Scripts affiliated production companies and judges will review the final film. The winner will receive sponsored submissions to film festivals and screening events.
There is an entry fee of £30.
The closing date to enter Shore Scripts Short Film Fund is 30 April 2017.
