Poetry prize: Wildfire Words Single-poem Competition 2022

The theme for this year's contest is 'Every Breath'

Poets entering the contest may interpret the 'Every Breath' theme in any way, and write in any poetic form.

There is a first prize of £350, and second and third prizes of £150 and £75. Up to three commended poets will each get £25. The winners and longlisted poems will be published in a print anthology and online by wildfire words. The judges will be Janet Lees, Samantha DeFlitch and Ben Ray.

All entries must be original and unpublished.

There is an Early Bard rate of £3 per entry or £10 for four up to 11 June, and then £4 and £12.

The closing date is 15 July.
