The competition from Sussex Poetry Society has a £600 first prize
The Crabbe Poetry Competition is for poems by writers born, educated or resident in Suffolk, Norfolk or Essex, or who are members of Suffolk Poetry Society.
There is a first prize of £600, a second prize of £300 and a third prize of £150, plus two highly commended prizes of £75. All winning and commended poems will be included in the 2022 Crabbe Poetry Prize Anthology. This year's judge is Blake Morrison.
All entries must be original, unpublished and no longer than 50 lines.
The entry fee is £4 per poem.
The closing date is 20 June.
