The annual poetry competition from Currock Press has a first prize of £100
The competition, which is sponsored by Mocha Moocho café in Wakefield and will be judged by Emma Purshouse, is for original, unpublished poems up to 50 lines.
The prizes are £100 for first and £50 for second. Shortlisted poems will receive £10, and there is a Wakefield Postcode prize of £25.
The entry fee is £3 for one poem and £2 for subsequent entries.
