The international competition will be judged by Pascale Petit
The competition, sponsored by Literature Wales, is for original, unpublished poems up to 70 lines.
There is a first prize of £250 and a residential course of the winner's choice at Literature Wales Ty Newydd Writing Centre in 2021. The winner will also receive a Seren Books bundle and their poem will be published in Poetry Wales.
The second and third prizes are £50 and £25. Both prizewinners will receive a Seren Book bundle and their poems will be published in Poetry Wales.
The entry fee is £5 per poem. Entries are free from low-income households (earning less than £16,000 per year).
The closing date is 27 November.
