Poetry competition: The Plough Poetry Prize 2023

Now in its 20th year, the contest will be judged by Imtiaz Dharker

The Plough Poetry Prize is an international open competition for original, unpublished poetry up to 40 lines.

The first prize is £1,000. There are second and third prizes of £500 and £250.

The online entry fee is £5 per poem (£6 for postal entries).
