Win a €6,000 first prize in the annual contest from Ireland's Moth magazine
The Moth Poetry Prize is an annual competition that is one of the world's biggest prizes for a single poem, awarding a prize of €6,000. There are three runner-up prizes of €1,000 and eight further prizes of €250.
This year's judge is Hannah Sullivan, whose debut, Three Poems, won the T.S. Eliot Prize in 2019. Shortlisted poems will be published in the Irish Times online.
Enter original, unpublished poems of any length and on any theme.
The entry fee is €15 per poem.
The closing date is 31 December.
