Poetry competition: The McLellan Poetry Prize 2022

Win a £1,300 first prize in the competition from Arran Arts Festival

The McLellan Poetry Prize is run by the Arran Theatre and Arts Trust as part of the annual McLellan Arts Festival.

Entries are invited of original, unpublished poems up to 40 lines, in English or Gaelic (with an English translation).

The winner will receive £1,300. The second prize is £400 and third, £150. Five commendations will each receive £50. This year's judge is Hollie McNish.

The entry fee is £6 for the first poem and £5 for any additional poems.

The closing date is 10 July.
