The theme for this year's contest is 'Birth'

Enter original, unpublished poems up to 400 words on the 'Birth' theme to win prizes of £100, £75 and £50. The winner will also get a professionally performed, produced and promoted poem video. The judge is National Poetry Slam finalist Sarah Smith.

The entry fee is £2 per poem.

The closing date is 10 April.
