The competition is being run in honour of author, activist and Buddhist Olga Kenyon (Aryamati), who died in 2014.

The winner gets £100-worth of Fly on the Wall books, the winning poem printed on 250 limited-edition postcards with 100 gifted to the winner, and a line-by-line edit of ten poems. Two runners up get three Fly on the Wall ebooks and a line-by-line edit of five poems.

To enter, send original poems up to 40 lines. Poems may have been previously published as long as the writer holds copyright.

The entry fee is £2 for the first poem and £1 for any subsequent poems.

The closing date is 3 October.
