Win a £200 first prize in the contest to raise funds for animal rescue
The Lord Whisky Sanctuary Fund Poetry Competition is run by the Lord Whisky Sanctuary in Kent to raise funds for the animals in its care. Enter original, unpublished poems on any theme, up to 40 lines.
The first prize is £200, and there will also be second and third prizes. There is a special prize for a poem or poems on rescue animals or the work of the Sanctuary, and further prizes for poems submitted by registered Friends of Lord Whisky. The judges will be Mary Anne Smith Sellen and Derek Sellen.
The entry fee is £5 per poem.
The closing date is 31 May 2022.
