The theme for this year's competition from Mist and Mountain Creative Residency is 'Memory'
To enter, send original, unpublished poems up to 40 lines on the 'Memory' theme.
There is a first prize of £100 and two runners up prizes of £50. The judge is Dr. Claire Askew. Winners will be published online.
The entry fee is £5 per poem; £9 for two, £12 for hree, £15 for four and £18 for five.
The closing date is 30 October.
