Multiple prize-winning Northern Lights author Philip Pullman is to visit Cambridge to deliver the 2011 Philippa Pearce Lecture.
Entitled Both Perhaps Present, the free lecture will be held at 5pm on Thursday 8 September, at Homerton College, Cambridge.
The series of lectures celebrating and discussing excellence in children's literature, was founded in 2008 in memory of children's author Philippa Pearce. Past speakers have included Julia Eccleshare, Michael Rosen and Michael Morpurgo.
