Entries are invited from unagented, debut and self-published authors to Criminal Lines 2014
The winner will get £1,000 and the runner-up wins entry to the Festival of Writing 2014. All shortlisted writers will have the opportunity to meet A.M. Heath literary agents Euan Thorneycroft and Oli Munson.
The competition, run in association with The Writers' Workshop, is for the first 15,000 words and a synopsis of any kind of crime, suspense or thriller novel. No material should have been previously submitted to A.M. Heath. Novels do not have to be completed but the author must have a clear vision for the book.
The closing date is 5 May.
