Writers aged between 17and 20 can apply for YOUYOU mentoring
YOUYOU is a not-for-profit London-based organisation that creates bespoke mentoring projects for young people between 17 and 21.
Five writers will be chosen for YOUYOU's I'm a Storyteller, a free mentoring scheme which will begin in spring 2015. Writers accepted on the scheme will take part in group sessions and one-to-one sessions with leading writers and industry professionals. During the scheme, the participants will write short 800-word stories that will be printed and curated in a special show.
To apply for YOUYOU's I'm a Storyteller scheme, writers should send a sample of writing (250 words) and a statement (250 words) by the closing date of 15 January.
