The WM Creative Writing Courses tutor has created an online space for shared reflections
‘As I spend most of my working days thinking about and writing short stories I decided, last year, to try my hand at something a little bit different,’ says Writing Magazine Creative Writing Courses tutor Margaret Skipworth.
‘I started writing meditations and had two published by The Upper Room and The Secret Place. I was then asked to write a piece for The Upper Room blog. I received some wonderful and enthusiastic feedback – especially from readers in America.
‘I know how much people enjoy reading meditations written by ordinary people so, when I set up my new website, I decided to include a page for Reflections.
‘On this page people can share their thoughts, meditations, poems and photos about some aspect of their Christian lives.
‘I am planning to change the page every month – more often if I receive enough contributions. I am hoping this is a page people will look forward to reading on a regular basis.
‘Full details can be found on the Reflections page.’
