The new FoodTalk Awards' prize for food writing is named in honour of culinary grande dame Fanny Cradock
Entries are invited from food writers and bloggers with interesting, enlightening, witty and even controversial takes on food and the food industry.
To enter, send five examples of your best pieces (each under 1,000 words) on food, drink or food tech topics. Send entries as screenshots, weblinks, pdfs or jpgs.
There will be one Gold Award winner and four Silver Award winners.
The closing date to enter the FoodTalk Awards' Fabulous Fanny category is 7 April.
