Scottish Book Trust is inviting people in Scotland to write about something secret they haven't shared with anyone else
The annual campaign to get Scotland writing welcomes entries up to 1,000 words, in English, Scots or Gaelic. Secrets and confessions may be written as stories, poems, comic strips, plays or letters. All submissions must be true stories about something that happened to the writer.
All the submissions will be featured online and a selection will be published in a book that will be given away during Book Week Scotland between 21 and 27 November.
You can submit writing to Secrets & Confessions from today until 22 June.
