The first prize in each category is £250 and winners will be published in Brittle Star magazine for new writing
There are second and third prizes in each category of £50 and £25.
The judges will be George Szirtes (poetry), Alison Moore (short fiction) and Brittle Star editor Jacqueline Gabbitas (short fiction and poetry).
All entries may be in any style and on any subject. Short stories may be up to 2,000 words, and poems should be no longer than 60 lines.
There is a fee of £4.50 per entry.
The closing date is 1 March.
