Submissions for The A3 Review's latest themed competition may be creative writing up to 150 words
Short stories, flash fiction, graphic stories and snippets of memoir are welcomed, as are photographs and illustrations or any combination of the above. All submissions must be inspired by purple things, be less than 150 words, and all illustrations must fit well within an A6 panel.
Two winners will be published in foldout journal The A3 Review, which is the Writing Maps journal. Winners will receive goodies from Writing Maps. The overall winners of the March to August competitions will win £150, £75 and £50.
The fee per entry is $5. The closing date is 26 March. Forthcoming themes and dates are: waterways (closes 23/04); five senses (closes 28/05); odd couples (closes 25/06); attics and basements (closes 23/07), and tracks (closes 27/8).
