Enter writing on the topic 'Is it a crime to be poor?'

Enter writing in any form, fictional or non-fictional, including poetry and script, up to 1,200 words In the competition from ICP (Is It A Crime To Be Poor).

Prize A is open to any UK writer, with £150 for the winner and 2 x £50 for runners up.

Prize B is for anyone who has experienced detention or custody, with £150 for the winner and 2 x £50 for runners up.

Prize C is for young people up to 18, with £150 for the winner and 2 x £50 for runners up.
