Enter original travel stories in the new competition from the Canal & River Trust
Entries should be inspired by a favourite memory of a visit to to one of the 2,000 miles of waterways cared for by the Canal & Rivers Trust.
Enter original, unpublished stories up to 300 words. The competition will by judged by poet Ian McMillan, author or the poem Super Slow Way which was inspired by the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
Prizes include publication on the Trust's website and signed books by Stephen Fry.
Entry is free. One entry per person will be accepted.
The closing date is 31 August.
