The London Book Fair's Dragon's Den-style contest, where authors pitch books to a panel of agents, is open for entries!
Six authors will be selected to appear before the panel, which takes place in front of a LBF Author HQ audience on 12 April. Each author will have three minutes to pitch, and the judging panel will give on-the-spot feedback on the pitch, and on the author's writing, which they will have read in advance. The winner will have a follow-up meeting with a literary agent and a year's free membership of LBF's Author Club.
To enter, send an email including a covering note exlaing why you should be chosen and a synopsis (each no more than 250 words) by the closing date of 9 March. Applicants must have at least three sample chapters ready to be considered.
