Win a seven-day stay at a writer's retreat in Italy in the first ever Patrician Press Prize

Patrician Press, which was featured in WM's February issue, is a small independent publisher of literary fiction and poetry set up in 2015 by author and publisher Patricia Borlenghi.

The competiton, which is free to enter, is for original, unpublished short stories and poetry up to 2,500 words on the theme of 'refugees and peace-seekers'.

The winner will receive a week's stay at a writing retreat in Italy (flights not included).

The second prize winner will receive a full set of Patrician Press titles and the third prize winner will get a Patrician Press title of their choice. The winners and three other shortlisted titles will be published in an anthology.

Send entries for the Patrician Press Prize by the closing date of 31 March.
