The annual international short fiction contest has a first prize of £1,000
Now in its twelfth year, The Bath Short Story Award is given annually for original, unpublished short fiction in any style or genre, up to 2,200 words.
There are first, second and third prizes of £1,000, £300 and £100. The £100 Acorn Award is for an unpublished writer of fiction, and the local prize is £50 of book vouchers. This year's shortlist judges are Lucy Luck and Olivia Bignold from C & W Agency.
The entry fee is £9 per story.
The closing date is 31 March.
