The theme for this year's contest is 'Treasure'
The Harpers Bazaar Short Story Competition is an annual creative writing prize that continues the magazine's 155-year tradition of publishing creative wrork by writers including Virginia Woolf, Chimamanda Ngozie Adichie and Margaret Atwood.
This year's contest invites stories up to 2,200 words on the theme of 'Treasure'. All entries must be original and unpublished.
The winner will receive a two-night stay at Billesley Manor and the chance to have their work published in the magazine.
Entry is free.
The closing date is 15 March.
