This year's contest is for writing on the theme of 'Magic'
The Hysteria writing competition from Linda Parkinson-Hardman will open on 1 April and invites entries of short stories up to 1,00 words, flash fiction up to 250 words and poems up to 12 lines. All genres are accepted except for erotica and horror. All of this year's entries should be on the 'Magic' theme.
The overall winner in each category will receive £300. Winners and runners up will be published in the Hysteria 10 anthology.
There is an entry fee of £3 per submission.
The closing date is TBC.
