The winner of the competition, which launched today, will also have their novel published by Cargo Press.
The competition is for completed novels written for adult readers. Novels may be any style, genre or length. Books that have been self-published in print are not eligible, but self-published ebooks may be entered.
The competition is free to enter.
The closing date is 19 February.
