The judge is Helen Macdonald, the multi-award-winning author of H is for Hawk
The winner will receive a week at the Circle of Misse and €5,000, and will be featured in The Moth magazine.
To enter, send original, unpublished nature writing up to 4,000 words. Entries may be prose or poetry, and must combine literary merit with an exploration of the writer’s relationship with the natural world.
The entry fee is €15.
