Cooking with Poo is a Thai recipe book, and the 'Poo' of the title refers not to ingredients, but to the nickname of its author, chef Saiyyuud Diwong.
The runner-up was Mr Andoh's Pennine Diary: Memoirs of a Japanese Chicken Sexer in 1930s Hebden Bridge.
