Dead Ink Books are inviting submissions from Northern crime writers for a forthcoming anthology
Independent publisher Dead Ink Books will be launching a new list for Northern crime fiction next year, and ahead of that, have opened a submission window for the forthcoming Motives Unknown anthology.
Only unagented authors with strong links to the North of England may submit. Send original, unpublished crime fiction betwen 1,000 and 6,000 words.
Deak Ink Books is partnering with literary agencies Curtis Brown and Conville & Walsh, and every writer featured in the anthology will receive a consultation with one of their agents and a fee.
The closing date is 5 August.
