Budding art critics could win a commission and £2,000 for a 700-word review, in the Frieze Writer's Prize, the annual international award to discover and promote new art critics.

To enter, submit one unpublished review of a recent contemporary art exhibition, which should be 700 words in length, as a doc file, by email: [email protected]

Entrants must be over 18 and not previously have had more than three pieces of writing on art published. The closing date is 18 July.

The prize will be judged by Frieze assistant editor Paul Clinton, writer Olivia Laing, and writer and artist James Bridle.
