Mr Gwynne, author of Gwynne's Grammar, is teaching grammar lessons this weekend
The two-hour classes, based on the idea that grammar is the science of using words correctly, and that without grammar, words are useless, will cover the elements of grammar, and the bare essentials of logical thinking.
The grammar lessons with Mr Gwynne take place on Sunday, 16 June at 11am and 2pm at The Idler Academy in Westbourne Park Road, London, and cost £35 each.
The Idler Academy's programme includes a variety of events to help people 'cultivate their leisure,' including a day course in carpentry for beginners on 15 June, a foraging and philosophy weekend on 28-30 June and a session on transforming your handwriting on 24 July.
