Set the timer for five minutes and jot down the answers to the following questions.

• If you were a colour – what would you be? How would you feel?
• If you were a musical instrument what would you be? How would you sound?
• If you were a taste – what would it be?
• If you were a scent – what would you be?
• If you were a texture – what would you be?

For the remaining ten minutes, create a flash fiction story that incorporates all these elements.
