This week's creative writing exercise celebrates International Women's Day on Sunday
The slogan for this year's International Women's Day is #EachforEqual – an equal world is an enabled world.
For five minutes outline a character facing inequality. It might well be a woman but it doesn't have to be. Imagine who they are and the kinds of inequality they are facing.
For the next ten minutes, imagine a character in a privileged setting and reverse the two characters' positions. How would the privileged character's life be changed and how would they feel about it?
