What are the circumstances of the fleeting encounter? Where are they? What time of day is it? Who is seen, and who is looking?
Is the looker tired, disorientated, in any heightend state of awareness?
What impression does the seen person create, and for what reason does it have a powerful effect on the onlooker? What does their particular charisma consist of? Do they notice the onlooker?
