Who is wearing these socks? Create a persona in today's creative writing exercise.
Working from the feet up, put together an outfit for the person wearing these socks.
As you choose their garments, start to get to know the person who is wearing them. Who are they? What is their name? What were their reasons for their wardrobe choices? What are they going to do with their day?
Explore their character through their clothing choices.
Do they have a story that suggests itself to you?
Give them a name and start to write a story where they are the viewpoint character.
