Use changing weather conditions to alter the mood in this week's creative writing exercise
First, chose two weather conditions - ie, snow, rain, sunshine, fog, mist - and make notes on how each could affect the mood of a character or situation.
Then write a passage that uses the change from one kind of weather to another to alter the mood or tone of any or all of the following: a character, a setting, a dynamic, a situation.
Write for 15 minutes.
